In a series of questions, each survey participant was asked to indicate their degree of satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the quality, delivery, price competitiveness, lead times, and technical capabilities of each company. Regarding product quality, survey participants were asked, “What is your overall satisfaction with the manufacturer’s product quality?” The companies ranked in the Top 10 for the United States are shown in the following table, including their average score and the number of evaluations received.
